The work with A/S General contracting began with a hot water pipe leak under the concrete slab of my rental unit. The team's prompt response, expertise and timely completion of the job warrants a 5 star review. As with any landlord operating a rental unit undergoing a rehabilitation, quality and speediness are the primary factors. They prioritized completing the job to a state in which the tenants were able to able to move back in. I also threw in an upgrade (i.e., venting the dryer to the outside walls as it was originally vented into a drip bucket) during the process. The entire job consisted of 2 bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel and flooring.I would consider being a customer again for personal home upgrades in the future. Shoutouts to Eddie and Abel!
